Paul the Environmentalist, levitating in the rainforest

Artist's Statement: In a resilient state, Paul was able to maintain this pose while I painted him in a couple of hours. The background took much longer – completed at a later date! The mini-rainforest at Callan Park has always been a special place for Paul. It is an essential healing environment for the ‘consumers’ in Rozelle Hospital Open Wards and for the whole community.
