Evening: Factory Valley

The first of my compositions with multiple viewpoints of figures and buildings. Family activities in the evening are set against a composite background of inner city views, including the foundry below our kitchen window, various factories, the White Bay Powerhouse. The painting shows Norman Gusnton interviewing Chairman Mao on television, and Seated Circle by Con Merchant.
